Foundations of Exercise and Nutrition
Foundations of Exercise and Nutrition is the second course in the ACE Intro to Personal Training specialization. It covers exercise science fundamentals, energy systems, anatomy, nutrition, program design, and safety so learners can design safe, effective fitness plans and support clients’ health goals.
